Cancellation Policy
Reservations are exclusive for each guest. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or appointment changes. Guest who miss their reservation without notice are subject to a 50% service total charge. This fee must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
Appointments are required, and we encourage you to pre-book your next visit upon checkout. Text/ email reminders are sent out 72 & 24 hours before. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
